Terrasos Promotes Conservation at the 18th Andesco Environmental Seminar.

Terrasos made a notable contribution to the 18th Andesco Environmental Seminar, entitled "A Commitment to Sustainable Development," which took place on Thursday, September 12 and Friday, September 13, 2024 in Panaca, Quimbaya, Quindío.

Luz Marina Silva, Terrasos' Environmental Offsets and Investments Leader, participated as a speaker during the installation of the event, providing valuable insights in her presentation entitled "Bridging the Gap for Biodiversity Finance". Ms. Silva emphasized the importance of healthy ecosystems for the proper functioning of businesses and shared the voluntary and positive long-term conservation and restoration initiatives that Terrasos is undertaking.

"It is crucial for companies to recognize that their sustainability is inextricably linked to the health of the ecosystems in which they operate. At Terrasos, we are dedicated to taking action that not only offsets but also fosters biodiversity and long-term ecological resilience," said Luz Marina Silva.

Silva's intervention was instrumental in underscoring Terrasos's pioneering role in environmental compensation. The company's strategies are not only in compliance with regulations but also generate positive and lasting impacts on ecosystems.

The 18th Andesco Environmental Seminar brought together experts and industry leaders to discuss and promote sustainable development, and Terrasos' participation reaffirms its commitment to biodiversity conservation and support for sustainable initiatives in Colombia.
